Alka Raghuvanshi passes away: Friends remember the author, journalist, art critic, and curator

Her death came as a shock, and many took to social media to pay tributes on her passing away. Kuchipudi dancer Kaushalya Reddy took to Facebook and said: Was dumbstruck when I heard my birthday friend Alka Raghuvanshi has departed this world... Dear friend who am I going to call on 4th of April to say same to you... You will be greatly missed dear.... RIP Aum Shanti!

In her career in arts that spanned more than 30 years, she wrote two books that documented a generation of artists that shaped Indian’s artistic heritage. The books were titled “A Moment in Time with Legends of Indian Arts” and “Pathfinders: Artistes of One World”.
